This is an account of the lives and times of Nickolas C. George Sr. and Joan D. (Cribben) George, parents of the seven siblings who grew up on the corner of Barby Lane and Havey Road. But it has a broader reach back, and thus begins with a historical and genealogical focus on the first immigrants from Nick and Joan’s ancestral families to leave their European homelands and emigrate to America and Wisconsin.
